Refund & Return Policy
Important: Returns must be requested within 30 days after you receive your item. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Approved returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, email us at info@embershieldhomehardening.com. If your return request is accepted, we will provide the address to which your item must be shipped.
You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom orders
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Custom orders are always considered non-returnable. Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about whether an item is eligible for return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement item.
Refunds
All approved returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@embershieldhomehardening.com.
